Our story begins in the early 1990s focused on assisting non-profits with fundraising management. Our work with organizations organically expanded into other areas with non-profits, for-profits and government entities drawing on best practices from each sector to identify tools and create strategies that delivered results that were quickly applicable.

We have worked with more than 3,000 start-ups moving through the different phases of dream to execution. Helping some along the way discover their dream was too big for reality and others finding success beyond their dreams.

Businesses, non-profits and governments have used our services to assist in research and planning in response to opportunity or unplanned circumstances.

We have worked with lenders to secure tens of millions in financing that made sense for businesses.

James has an MBA from Western Washington University, a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Public Relations from University of Oregon, is a Certified Global Business Professional and has served on the Board of Directors for numerous organizations.
